We believe fees and the basis for charging them should be transparent on all Corporate Finance providers websites. Our fees are have been set at levels that we believe represent excellent value for Corporate Finance advice and Consulting work. Please use them to negotiate discounts with your advisors. Often in our world, we provide advice that saves £'000s and goes unrewarded. Our aim is to secure a share of the value we generate for our clients, whilst being able to afford to live. We hope you agree our fee structure is representative of our aims. Director hourly rate - £125 Director day rate - £1000 Non CF hourly rate - £100 Equity Commission 3-10% Debt Commission 1-3% Equity sales commission Flat rate as above or an agreed ratchet based on an increase in value Expenses - Normal business expenses as incurred (mileage 45p a mile) All fees are quoted net of VAT
Gary Taylor - Founder and Director Gary qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1991, before joining BWD in 1992 as a Private Client Broker. In 1999 Gary became an equity analyst with TD Waterhouse covering technology and transport sectors. Gary founded specialist Investment boutique CBF Capital in 2004 which focussed on raising equity capital for small cap PLC’s and PE Funds outside of London. Gary amalgamated CBF Capital into Liberum Capital in Oct 2010 and opened a new Leeds Office to bring City based Investment Banking to the North of England. CBF de-merged with Liberum in Dec 2011. Completed transactions include, rights issues, primary and secondary placements, director share sales, bank funding, asset finance, debt re-structuring and we have worked with (mentored) two companies through the CVA and Administration process.
